Tracy Eaton is an attorney in the Miller, Zimmerman & Evans law firm.  Her practice areas include divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, and alimony.  Tracy recognizes both the financial and emotional costs of going to court; therefore, she carefully listens to her clients’ needs and goals and then works to obtain a favorable outcome.  Before entering the legal profession, Tracy worked as educator.  This experience gives Tracy a unique perspective on the challenges that children face during these difficult times.  Tracy also works as a certified mediator.  She has helped many families with the difficult issues that arise in family law and custody cases.

Tracy is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association.  Tracy is also a volunteer with Inspire Iowa’s Future and the Women of Norwalk.
